Ingredients
At Coconut Chilli, we believe that using organic ingredients enhances the flavour and quality of the dishes we produce - so all meats and spices we bring to you are organic, as are most of the vegetables.
However, due to the exotic nature of some of the ingredients we supply, we can't guarantee* that these will be organic, simply because they're so difficult to get hold of in this country. But rest assured, wherever possible, organic produce will be used. Some ingredients, such as chillies, are grown specifically for us.
*Although we generally find that they are - coconuts are one such example.
Source your spices
We know that your busy lifestyle doesn't always make it possible for you to source the high quality organic spices that we use for some of the dishes. So, at the end of your session, you'll have the chance to buy some of the more 'hard to get' ingredients - which will then be delivered direct to your home.
